ICE Violates Court Order (News Nation)

ICE agents in Chicago have been accused of (and caught on video) violating a federal TRO, which banned the use of tear gas on civilians without warnings and/or without an immediate threat. Also, is the Trump Administration's targeting of alleged drug ships in the Caribbean a violation of the War Powers Act?
